Allison Hantos

Born and raised in Venezuela’s Jewish community, Allison comes from a family of Holocaust survivors and descendants who fled the Spanish Inquisition. She later moved to Israel, where she studied and built her career before recently relocating to the United States. Having navigated multiple migrations, she brings resilience, adaptability, and a deep appreciation for community to both her personal and professional life.

Allison is an operations leader with a proven track record in building scalable processes and managing global teams during periods of hypergrowth. She specializes in automation and cross-functional collaboration, focusing on creating efficient workflows that support growth.

She holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in Organizational Behavior and Development from Reichman University, where she developed a strong foundation in leadership, team dynamics, and navigating multicultural environments—an integral part of her life.

Now based in the Bay Area, Allison lives with her husband and two young children. She enjoys slow afternoons at the park, discovering new coffee spots, and traveling to spend quality time with family around the world.
